Brain and Feelings
In this course, kids and parents explore how brain changes during puberty can make emotions feel bigger, louder, and sometimes confusing — and why that's completely normal. Through short videos, quizzes, and simple activities, families learn that emotions are powerful tools, not problems to fix. Kids practice labeling what they feel, finding healthy ways to cope, and reflecting on their experiences, while parents get tips for supporting conversations at home. It's all about helping tweens (and their parents) feel a little more prepared, connected, and confident navigating the ups and downs of growing up.
