It's OK to be curious
Around ages 10-13, big changes are happening with your kids – hello, puberty! Their bodies are transforming, and it's natural for them to be curious about what's going on. It's all part of growing up and discovering who they are. Plus, they've always had a natural curiosity about bodies and where babies come from. Now, they're putting more pieces of the puzzle together. This is a wonderful time to open up warm, honest conversations and let them know you're a safe space for their questions.
